Studio Cervini Grasselli was founded in 1994 by Chartered Accountants Giuliano Cervini and Paola Grasselli, with the aim of providing tax, accounting, and business advisory services based on technical expertise, professional rigor, and close attention to clients’ concrete needs.

Giuliano Cervini
Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor
Founding partner of Studio Cervini Grasselli, with over thirty years of experience in tax and business advisory services for companies, professionals, and private individuals.
Throughout his career, he has developed recognized expertise in corporate insolvency management and restructuring, having been involved in numerous bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, both as company advisor and as court-appointed trustee, commissioner, or expert.
He is a statutory auditor and a member of the board of statutory auditors of several companies, among the most important in Central Italy.
He has successfully completed numerous business restructurings and corporate reorganizations, working in coordination with lawyers, banks, and other professionals involved in restructuring processes.
Giovanni Alberto Cervini
BSc, MSc, Trainee Chartered Accountant
He joined Studio Cervini Grasselli in 2025 and assists clients with key tax and accounting matters, with particular focus on international planning aspects.
After completing his academic career, during which he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Queen Mary University of London and a Master’s degree in Finance from Imperial College London, both with top marks, he gained professional experience in London at a leading investment fund.
He later relocated to Italy, in Perugia, where he obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Perugia with a final mark of 110/110 cum laude, expanding his expertise in business administration and tax law.
Within the firm, he primarily focuses on assisting clients with international interests and complex tax profiles, leveraging his expertise in international taxation and cross-border matters.
His main activity consists of advising foreign individuals and companies with income and assets abroad, managing tax compliance related to Italian tax residency and relations with the Italian Tax Authorities.
